That works nicely as well. In the future, if we discover alternate forms of energy, it's a simple matter of figuring out the cost and adding it to the predetermined submarine cost.

Hmm, I don't think this is done yet. Can we do carrier pricing now?
I recommend:
Helicopter Carrier: 70k
LPD: 150k
Mini-Carrier: 200k (Similar to the Kiev Class)
Aircraft Carrier: 250k

Alright, I have personally tweaked the value of Islands after some feedback.
Individual islands now earn: $4000 per day.
Entire Island Chains earn: $7000 per day. (Debatable if desired)
I will be working on a small group of tiers to "Upgrade" Islands.
