I was thinking of a highly infectious bacterium, that instigated apoptosis in infected cells, but dies shortly after, creating a lethal and somewhat precise Biological weapon. Any suggestions?

you're not far off from M. ulcerans, a bacterial species that causes localized cell death, and dies off in 3-5 days. A bit of genetic engineering and you've got yourself a monster. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC97217/That article gives you the toxin name, and how it works.

ha ha I know I'm just being silly at the prospect of outfitting my troops with valium to protect against chemical attacks.

Great find, Shark. I'll begin gathering said bacteria and trying to make it more... human-friendly.

All I have to say is; anti-matter.

"Tiberium is a dense "dynamic proton lattice" held together by exotic heavy particles. When Tiberium comes into contact with other matter, the heavy particles randomly collide with the nuclei of the target matter, smashing it to pieces (in the case of smaller nuclei) or incrementally knocking off protons or neutrons (in the case of heavier nuclei). Tiberium captures a fraction of the protons that are ejected during this collision process and incorporates them into its own structure, thus transmuting matter into more Tiberium. Whenever one of the heavy particles—a muon or tauon—collides with an atomic nucleus, fission occurs, which results in the production of alpha, beta, and gamma radiation as well as other forms of electromagnetic radiation (like infra-red). During the transmutation process, nuclei that Tiberium has come into contact with may be changed into nuclei with different (usually fewer) numbers of protons or neutrons."
Why does this not work?

It's basically just technobabble. A radioactive material doesn't decide what particles to bump off. And, if Tiberium is an organism, it faces the same problem, plus it can't just re-arrange atoms at will. It requires a huge amount of energy to fuse two atoms crudely together; to use particles like a syringe is practically impossible.

How about the Doctor?
How will THAT work? It seems really impossible too, only in space it sounds like it'll work.

I'm sure it does work perfectly fine in a fictional setting that actually has Tiberium. This however is Earth, real life Earth. Historical fiction =/= Science Fiction. If Tiberium existed then sure, you could have your weapon. But it doesn't, so you can't. We aren't playing in a Marvel or DC Comics setting where the fantastic exists at the whim of the author. We're playing in a realistic setting where only things that exist in RL, or could be created in RL, exist. If you can bring me proof of concept on how to create Tiberium in a lab, in real life, then we'll talk. For anyone that hasn't seen this list, if what you propose has to do with anything on this list, it is denied. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_elements,_materials,_isotopes_and_atomic_particles Upon reaching space and new solar systems, or at the very least, digging very deep in other planets here in Sol, I MAY let you discover some of these, or the building blocks to produce to some of these. But I make no promises.

As for the doctor, I don't know. It too is science fiction, only brought into the discussion by your Tiberium thing. As such, it'll fall into the same ruling of "Bring me proof of concept and we'll talk". Until then, I'm denying it.

Well, then even though it hasn't been added to this list: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Materials_science_in_science_fictionKryptonite would fall under the same listing. Science fiction regularly takes real life things and gives them non realistic properties. Because you'll notice, the article says it doesn't actually act like Kryptonite, and it's not even officially going to be called that. It just has a similar structure to what Kryptonite is supposed to have, which is pure coincidence.

Well I'm using Kryptonite.
For storing Nuclear Waste, and dropping it on you guys XD
And it's officially called jadarite

Prok, where in that article does it say it can store Nuclear Waste? It contains some useful minerals, that's all. That's the only use RL "Kryptonite" has. Unless you intend your nuclear storage to be about as useful as a stone box, because that's basically what it will be.

Prok, VX is not that bad. It can easily be circumvented with an NBC suit and a Gas mask. and Air filters.
Oh and Diazeapam.

VX I'm perfectly fine with from an administrative point of view. As a Nation leader I'll probably be very cross with you and stand by watching you poison people as I frown, but yes, you are perfectly allowed to use it within the game rules.

Of course, Nippon doesn't have 50 million NBC suits will it?
But yeah, I get.
Also:
"All of the V-agents are persistent agents, meaning that these agents do not degrade or wash away easily and can therefore remain on clothes and other surfaces for long periods. In use, this allows the V-agents to be used to blanket terrain to guide or curtail the movement of enemy ground forces. The consistency of these agents is similar to oil; as a result, the contact hazard for V-agents is primarily – but not exclusively – dermal. VX was the only V-series agent that was fielded by the US as a munition, consisting of rockets, artillery shells, airplane spray tanks and landmines."
Can't I spray it on the Northern Russian shore and leave it there? That way there is no way for the UDKA to arrive other than NBC suits and planes.

If you have that much of it sure. I mean, you do plan on actually buying this stuff right? And you did actually buy that nuke you dropped right?
I hope no one thinks their doomsday weapons are free?
Though isn't it also rather late to be doing that? Since you already lost and nuked the place?

Nasty surprise for the whole damn planet is more like it >.> You guys might wanna take out Nippon before he can finish...
Wants to weaponize the Bubonic Plague, or a recreation of it at least. Which would end up spreading fucking everywhere the way we travel these days. The only reason it didn't travel all over the first time was because no one went everywhere. And by now, no one is going to be resistant to it.
