3.A. All signatories agree to a military presence of each partner within their borders. This is to facilitate quick response times, and the stationed military presence shall follow and be held accountable to all laws of the stationed country. I don't see how this helps you. The only military presence you could possibly have in all of continental Africa would be in Egypt, and the territory surrounding Egypt is owned by me. Thus, you would have to cross my territory to get to Mali, and I'm simply not having it, man. |
