The bombers carpet bomb the city in waves, then the N-S.O.G troops will drop in fanning out into the city and use guerrilla warfare tactics (I.e Setting basic traps, Using Decoys ECT.) The armored cars will do drive by style attacks. The Fighter jets will protect the bombers at all cost.

10 AA tanks - painted in gray urban camo, dispersed across the city area hiding in small streets. When a plane gets close enough it will be torn apart. AP rounds are available in case enemy armor gets anywhere near.
500 Infantrymen - Move in squads of ten, which is again is split into two groups of 5. They move a small distance from each other, making usre they keep each other in sight. When encountering an enemy, both squads will engage, and the enemy confused because fire is coming from both direction. Max 5 infantrymen to a building.
200 Snipers - Move in groups of two, quietly. Their rifles are not suppressed, but their pistols are. When in close range with an enemy they will eliminate them from different sides with the pistols, if too many enemies to a squad they use a nade and then GTFO. They will mostly sit in a building and take out enemies from a distance. Max 2 snipers to a building.
4 Moskva MBTs - Will use forward MG to engage enemy infantry in front, coaxial MG to engage infantry as well. Main gun used to destroy enemy armor. Twin AA MG guns used in dire situations and if enemy jets are close enough tot he ground. Move with at least 3 squads of ten infantry and with guidance of at least one sniper team of two.
2 Pyeterburj APCs - Use 25mm main gun to engage enemy troops, forward MG to engage enemy troops in front and guided missile for enemy armor. Move with at least 3 squads of ten infantry and with guidance of at least one sniper team of two.
20 TuMiGil-21 Interceptors - Race to the bombers at full speed to eliminate them before reaching battlefield. After bomber threat is eliminated they will eliminate enemy jets.
20 TuMiGil-19 FSW Fighter jets - (16) Move in squads of two; when engaging enemy they will split and use superior maneuverability to get underneath and above enemy jets and target a single one. When done they split again and target another jet. (4) Read next section.
2 SA-23T Attack Aircraft (Sorta like A-10) - Each is supported by two TuMiGil-19 FSW Fighters. They will circle the battlefield and attack major enemy concentrations/locations/vehicles (clumps of infantry, armour)

The N-S.O.G troops on the ground hide in buildings, some of them run to liquor stores to get high proof alcohol to make Petro bombs to throw at your tanks. The armored cars will try Hit and run attacks on infantry. Marksmen go to vantage points and are told to shoot any UT soldiers on sight, the marksmen are also ordered to move to a different location after every shot.
The planes in the Air go to a higher altitude.

EDIT: Due to some complications in foreign relation, the FH02 unit has been withdrawn from the fight, and the CDU apoligizes to both sides for wasting their time.

I'm sorry but I have to say, I see no possible way for Nippon to win this fight, It all falls on the ability for the bombers to actually live long enough to bomb, then drop all the troops. (I'm not entirely sure bombers CAN carry troops and chute them, but I'll ignore that for the moment) The bombers are protected by 8 fighters. Prokhor has effectively 36 fighters that are going to be fighting those. Unless I'm REALLY simplifying air combat here, those 8 stand 0 chance, and thus the bombers stand 0 chance.
But even if Nippon troops make it to the ground, they're outnumbered 5 to 1 in enemy territory. Gurilla warfare is great, when you actually know the land, it's generally a defensive move, not an offensive. And a pair of armored cars is laughable compared to 4 MBTs, a pair of APCs (basically the same thing) and 10 AA tanks that can (if desired) fire the same basic rounds as the armored car. An armored car is basically a humvee. And don't forget, those AA tanks are perfectly capable of killing chuting troops as they fall. So can the jets. That's why you always send far more paratroops than you think you'll need, you WILL lose some in the drop.
Alice, if you want to even stand a chance, you're going to have to make very specific posts, very very specific posts, and hope to all that you hold dear that Prokhor posts a single sentence in reply.
I feel like an ass for this, but it's true.

(This is quite late for reinforcements, don't you think? By this time the battle would be winding down to an end, as Alice isn't posting anything.)
Also, since I didn't bring any ships... I won't have any sea power. I only responded to the original attack, not the new one.

But whatever.. i only brought more because i was planning just to use the Prometheus as a floating air field to help Alice.. i didn't have any strong Maritime defence units other that 3 (repeat 3) patrol boats with one 115mm cannon and depth charges.

No rules about size of reinforcement force ^_^
You need to make new rules about reinforcements, such as;
If an enemy joins in to the fight you are allowed to bring in reinforcements as well, but only limited to the same amount as the enemy
No reinforcements during battle unless someone joins in

N-S.O.G Troops will land on top of the various buildings in the city making there way down to street level, the Armored cars are parachuted to squares with in the city. Some N-S.O.G Troops will go to liquor stores and gas stations so they can make improvised incendiary devices. Other N-S.O.G Troops hunker down in buildings. setting up a chain of operation centers working as one unit. The few other adventurous N-S.O.G Troops will attempt to hot wire Civilian vehicles. to use them as Improvised transport. Marksmen will stay in the buildings and cover any Friendly troops in the street.

This is pretty much a terrorist mission, and I'm not sure if this can take over China.
The UT will use previous tactics.

Hmm, I wonder what gun laws are like in Prokhor's China o.0 If civilians are going to be firing on Nippon soldiers trying to rob their stores and steal their cars. That sure would be strange lol.
But anyway, I'm still sorry, but even if the UDKA forces had stayed for the battle, they still didn't make enough to be a full invasion force. I have to agree with Prokhor that you can't take a country by terrorism. It'll be a long and drawn out battle because the Nippon's group is fairly small and keep hidden, but eventually they'll die to the last man, whereas Prokhor's infantry will take a 5% loss, protected behind the fact that they have way more armor and the ability to fire on the Nippon soldiers from the sky. I see no reason Prokhor's armor should take any losses, I don't foresee a whiskey bomb killing an armored vehicle. At least not unless someone left the window rolled down during the fighting.

@malachi In world war 2 The Finns used Improvised Incendiaries and threw them at the cooling vents of tanks, rendering the tank disabled temporarily, then they could drop an explosive in the tank and kill the crew.

in the winter war, the Finn's brew consisted of gasoline, kerosene, tar, and potassium chlorate; not ethanol. I think a much bigger problem is the populace... you're trying to hide in a city that is unfamiliar to you with hostile locals. Add to that the fact that these locals are from a country renowned for fighting brutally to the last man, woman, and child, and I'm thinking such a small invasion force couldn't possibly persevere even against the civilians you are trying to rob.
