Hmm.. SKull and/or prokhor may not like this, Elements of the Panama response fleet are mobilised.
5x Calcutta class submarines and 1x Broadhurst Class Submarine (W/ conventional warheads) are deployed to assist the Empire.

The Hierarchy currently cares not for who controls the strait in question. The Hierarchy has no access to the Persian Gulf, thus, the Hierarchy is not concerned by these actions.

How will these ships be supplied and refitted with food and crews if there are no Brazilian bases in sight? I think you should finish up with taking over South American waterspace before moving across half of the globe.
I am completely fine with this as long as UT ships and all merchants pass through uneventfully.

The Empire will allow all merchant and passenger vessels through the strait, as long as the comply with the MCS, which ...grants the Great Solar Navy freedom to block foreign vessels' movements through Imperial waters if hostility or ambition for Our Great Lands is assumed. Also Prok, I've got all the water bordering South America... except for the Caribbean, which that dastardly Canadian has yoinked. |

Also, I will be happy to aid any South American forces. If it is required, they can re-fuel at the General Martin Fischer Naval base on Madagascar.
