Just a response to the recent deployment of troops near Eastern Russia. This won't cause any harm.
Also, I have to admit: This is a very interesting island. It actually has a real Catalina wreck and ship run aground in the places I highlighted. Very nice island.

6 Nipponese frigates and some of the Nippon Air force (24 light fighters and 10 heavy bombers and 3 sea planes, and 12 light bombers.) Intercepts the UT Fleet.

I don't think Lord Howe Island falls under UDKA territory, although I suppose sam could stop prokhor from passing through his oceans if he were so inclined.
The Solar Empire's policy is inaction (but to condemn Nippon interference), unless the UDKA declares unauthorized passage through his waters' an issue of national sovereignty (as I have).

It doesn't fall in UDKA waterspace, he didn't claim it.
Also, under the 5 parameters of TSAR:
"No TSAR member may attack another without expulsion."
You attack my superior navy, and you get expulsion.
Lastly, I let UDKA troops pass uneventfully to an island near eastern russia.
The only difference = nukes, which I have deployed on the island. I won't stop Sam if he does so on Kiska. Also, they won't be used unless he actually attacks me and BREAKS me.

Also, in the event your Nation is completely wiped out, you are allowed to reapply for a new Nation in an unowned territory. You'll start from scratch. If there are no unknown territories, you may ask to take over governorship of an owned territory. You'll have to deal with what the owner says, and you'll be held to any deals made. If someone freely gives you land, cool. If someone says you have to pay them a daily fee, you'll have to do it or face their wrath. Feel free to do as they say long enough to rebel later. Would seem to imply that serfs can free themselves from their masters by military means |

And the frigates. How did they know the UT fleet position and intercept? You really are more of an RP person.
And anyway, UT bombers fly over the Nip ships and drop torpedo bombs, and depth charges. While the UT fighters take care of the Nip air support. There is an overwelming number of UT planes, however. The Nips are outnumbered.
And Nippon has been kicked from TSAR.

yeah, unless he's operating off of UDKA bases, I don't see how an air force will function 7800 km from Nippon.
and prok, I found all your ships, but their flicker pages don't seem to have a list of their armaments, is it somewhere else?

Advancing I am, but it is only a training base along with nukes and defences. Was a retaliation against the earlier 'Kiska' island conquest, which is locacted very close to eastern Russia, close enough to launch an attack.
