The Grand Empire of Poland is taking control of the Baltic Sea. 5 patrolling groups of 3 destroyers and 1 cruiser will destroy any non-allied vessels attempting to enter the Baltic. Only the vessels of the Ukrainian Territories and the Canadian Democratic Union may pass through the Baltic.
