Rules of Sharing:
If techs are to be shared nations may pay equal shares of the bid - e.g 2 people = 50%
3 People = 33%
4 People = 25% ect.. ect

There is no auction for satelites, just make them.. not everything needs to be auctioned.

It's the "official" tech list for everyone. Your game, sure, but you should make it playable and you should be at least be a little more responsible. You could have made the reset a few days longer at least to finish it correctly.
I'm not telling you how to run the damn game dammit. I am playing by YOUR rules, which were incomplete. I wasn't telling you to do the tech auction, I told you to take it off of the list because you weren't going to auction it.
"if i feel they deserve to be auctioned as an 7 day exclusive i will add them somewhere"
implies that if it's on the list it's going to be auctioned. I saw it on the list and it wasn't auctioned. i remided you about it, and you tell me I'm trying to run your game.
