Wow, you guys really didn't want to wait xD Well here's the information I'd like to get from you in order to start a nation. And to start you are only allowed a single country, so chose wisely. All starting countries will receive the same starting stats and income, choosing to spend it on research, weapons, or economy will alter your daily income.

Yugoslavia (I refer to the 1918-1941 nation) included Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, and Slovenia. Serbia (and please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this) was one of the founders of the nation, if not the principle founder. I hope that clarifies everything.
