The Peruvians respond with their small air force and army, remainders of the militia given to them by the Empire. They have:
Infantry: 60 riflemen 20 marksmen 10 machine gunners
Armored Vehicles: 2 machine gun equipped APCs 1 MBT 3 machine gun equipped armored trucks
Aircraft: 2 ground attack aircraft 1 interceptor

Alrighty, The MP-63 is to remain grounded until the interceptor is taken out. Two Cutters are to be deployed to this end, they are to ground the enemy interceptor as soon as possible. The other two Cutters are to attack the ground attack aircraft. On the ground, the MBT's are to remain hesitant until ground attack aircraft is dealt with. They will engage if opportunities are presented, but will hang back for the time being. Marksmen are to find advantageous spots and try to scout out enemy positions. They are to only fire on enemy trucks or marksmen for now. Riflemen and SMG gunners will move up slowly, sticking to cover where possible.

The interceptor has an inexperienced pilot, fresh out of flight school, and is quickly taken out as soon as it lifts off the ground. The two ground attack aircraft stood no chance against the Cutters, though one is damaged by a burst of machine gun fire. Peru loses 1 interceptor and 2 ground attack aircraft; the Empire of the Sun now has 1 damaged Cutter.
Your marksmen and sub-machine gunners are now in more advantageous positions, capable of sniping or ambushing enemy troops, respectively.

The Mp-63 is to take to the air and provide close support. It's main targets are the APCs and MBTs. Marksmen are to take out the trucks from long range.
Once the enemy ground vehicles have been destroyed, sub machine gunners are to ambush the enemy riflemen, trying to engage the enemy in tight quarters where possible. Riflemen are to support them.
Main Battle Tanks are to attack enemy armour, but remain distant so as not to be hit by friendly gunship fire.

The gunship is deadly against what armored vehicles it can hit, quickly eliminating the all of the enemy armor.
The submachine gunners, marksmen, and riflemen are deadly against the infantry, catching many off guard, though there are a few unlucky Brazilian souls who get caught in crosshairs or crossfire. However, Peru loses all of its infantry units, and the truck drivers and gunners are incapacitated. The Empire of the Sun loses 12 riflemen, 9 submachine gunners, and 1 marksman.
Congrats, Peru is yours. I don't remember what the income was last time around; if you don't either, then it's $6000/day.
