Surgical Strike: US Virgin Islands

The RAF is sending out their Lancer Corps on another Special Ops mission, to sabotage, and take control of the area of the US Virgin Islands.

Your units are faced with a daunting task.

The defensive forces are ill-equipped when you strike, but reinforcements are on their way.

Initial Forces:
100x FN FAL esque Riflemen
2x MBT's
1x Medium Helicopter Gunship

En-route reinforcements:
200x Riflemen
10x MBT's
5x Anti-air fighters
5x Ground Attack fighters.


To stop these reinforcements you must:
-Capture the local government center
-Destroy the Airfield
-Capture the naval base

Alrighty, I'll commence Operations.

The XB-70R will be flying over the Islands, capturing images of the target areas, and the area around them. relaying the information to command, and them to the infantry. They also spot the reinforcements and estimate 4 'turns' till they arrive.

The Pavement will be on duty of taking the infantry to the drop points and for exfil. The Paveway shall provide escort of the Pavement.
Once arriving to the islands, the allied forces will split into 4 teams

Alpha Team:
-Objective: Capture Naval Base

-Objective: Airfield

Charlie Team
-Objective: Govt. Center

-1x XB-70R Recon plane
-1x Pavement Troop Transport

Alpha team will advance to the Naval base, the Infantry using the MBT's Armor to use as cover if they get in a firefight. The MBT will Provide Suppressive fire to any infantry threat, and take out any Armor if needed. The Paveway will be providing support Fire, and assist in the take out of any Armored Forces or the Helo if needed.

Bravo Team will head to the airfield, Infantry using Buildings or Thick Brush as cover. The CFA-44C's will be flying overhead, loaded out with ATGMs, AAMs, and Light Bombs, ready to take out any threat that deems too much for the Infantry to handle.

Charlie Team will be using the same tactics as Alpha, using the MBT and cover from any small arms fire, and the MBT will provide suppressive fire to any Infantry thread too big for the infantry to handle.

Delta Team will mostly be on standby, except for the XB-70R which will be taking real-time images of the battle and spot locations of any Hostile Forces. Pavement is on standby for Exfil.

The Government center falls, Moral of all defending troops is reduced.

10 Riflemen are killed, 2 RAF Riflemen are killed.

The airfield is found abandoned all defending units having retreated to the naval base.

In the naval base the gunship attacks RAF Forces but is destroyed before any damage is done, the USVIDF MBT's are able to destroy a RAF Tank though.

Bravo and Charlie Teams are going to regroup with Alpha team, and begin an Assault on the Naval Base. The Paveway and Taurus MBT are going to stick together, their primary objective being searching for the enemy MBT's. The Infantry is going to disperse into groups of 4, making a total of twelve teams, who are going to "Divide and Conquer" The area, using the Naval Equipment, Crates, and Buildings as cover. The CFA-44's are going to commence with Fly-By's above the naval base, targeting grouped up Infantry and any armor they find.
