The Island Defense Corporation drums up 200 of its finest soldiers and several armored cars, along with medium, machine gun-armed helicopters. Each armored car is capable of carrying 5 troops, and each helicopter is capable of carrying 10.
Infantry: 100 riflemen 50 marksmen 30 light machine gunners 20 heavy machine gunners
Armored Vehicles: 30 armored cars, equipped with HMGs
Aircraft: 15 medium helicopters, equipped with 3 HMGs and searchlights
They have set up a base in the center of the island at a heavy security prison, surrounded with concrete walls, barbed wire, and machine gun and sniper nests on several high searchlight towers. To succeed, you must destroy this base while rescuing several trapped CDU agents inside.

The Foxbats will lead the attack, firing guided AA missiles at the helicopters and trying to destroy them. The Terriers will fall in behind, targeting armoured cars first, and then infantry with their rotary machine guns ("miniguns") and rocket pods.
The CAV-25s will storm the beaches, loaded with riflemen, while the SO-FACs strafe the beaches in support, taking out any soldiers along the beach that might impede the landing. After that, the SO-FACs will simply secure the waters, destroying any fishing boats and such that fail to respond to warnings. The Pavement choppers will lift soldiers to the beach, where they will disembark and allow the Pavements to bring a second wave.
The remaining few infantry will arrive aboard landing craft, and will set up a temporary base on the beach, preparing for an assault. The CAV-25s will surround the base, protecting it from the armoured cars should they try to attack.
The Macaw will sit tight in the bay, keeping an eye out for aerial attackers with it's AA.

Your infantrymen reach the beach unimpeded; 6 enemy helicopters on patrol are destroyed by your Foxbat fighters along with 8 armored cars. No CDU losses are taken in this phase, but the alarm has been sounded at the enemy base and enemy units are converging on your position.

The CDU's camp will enter a defensive state, creating a phalanx of CAV-25s, with the Terriers flying overhead of the base. The Foxbats will continue ahead, using the lack of enemy dedicated AA to continue dominating the enemy helicopters.
The armoured cars will remain the largest threat until they are eliminated, followed by any helicopters that manage to make it past the Foxbats.
Once the enemy's counterattack has finished, the infantry will move up to the prison inside of the CAV-25s, disembarking once they reach the entrance.

The enemy miscalculates the number of forces at the beach head, only sending 5 armored cars and 2 helicopters loaded with 30 riflemen, 10 marksmen, and 10 light machine gunners. All these units are quickly eliminated by the CDU troops at the loss of 12 CDU riflemen and 1 CDU marksman.
The enemy force attempts another push as the CDU force pushes towards the base, but their weak force of 2 armored cars and a helicopter is also quickly eliminated at no losses to the CDU.
Your units are now outside the prison. However, the warden is preparing to move the CDU officers. In one turn, they will leave through an exit in the rear of the prison.

The Foxbats and 5 LAVs, loaded with 10 of the Fennec riflemen, will head around the prison at full speed, hoping to catch the vehicle(s). The LAVs are to trap the vehicle(s) (using either blocking them, or hitting their tires with LMG fire), unloading the Fennecs to secure the prisoners, while the Terriers will be used to secure the surrounding area. They will defend the vehicle(s) until a Pavement helicopter can land and extract all prisoners.
The infantry will enter the base, carbines first, clearing up one stairway to a high point, where marksmen will set up. The carbines will then repeat this until marksmen line the prison, leaving behind a few rifles to guard each marksman. The carbines will then begin flushing the base, using blitzkrieg tactics to sweep the prison clean.
Overhead, the Terriers will perform overwatch, strafing any visible soldiers below, but remaining a fair distance so as to avoid small arms fire. The remaining 5 LAVs will defend the gate, keeping any enemy reinforcements at bay.
At sea, the SO-FACs will return to patrol duty, having determined that the enemy is no longer in control.

The CDU tactics completely finish off the remaining enemy forces and save the prisoners at the loss of only 12 riflemen and 2 marksmen to HMG and sniper fire. Congrats, $2500/day for the tiny islands.
