Although the Sovereign Nation of Hawai'i benefits from adjacent International Trade Routes, it lacks the resources and administrative competence to make it great. This being said, many well established Pacific Corporations make heavy use of the islands, and excessive destruction of the islands will draw their ire. The SNH defends it's homeland with: 4 MBTs 8 APCs 75 Riflemen, sporting ICN ARs 12 DMR mods of the same rifle 5 Anti-Materiel Rifles 15 SAM Trucks 15 Heavy MLRS Trucks 5 Air Superiority Fighters 2 Interceptors
In order to secure this nation, you will have to: 1. eliminate all enemy forces 2. board and examine 3 NARSCO Freighters, all leaving the island. One of them will have illegally obtained munitions. Two of these are civilian vessels, and you are NOT to sink them. 3. Assassinate or Capture the president, Hugo Kea.

Alright.
The Anastalia is going to Act as a Forward Base, Stationed about 30 miles off the coast.
There are going to be 4 groups....
Armored Assault Division 2x M-900 MBT's 45x Riflemen with ASR-14's 5x ORION SPAAG's
Self-Propelled Group: 10x ONYX SPG's 5x ORION SPAAG's
Recon-Sniper Group: 10x Marksmen with AM-50's 5x Riflemen with ASR-14's
Aerial Assault Division: 8x Zero-1 Multiroles 4x XB-70V Valkyria Bombers
The Plan is for the Armored Division to Push through the island and eventually Split up into two groups.
Armored Divsion A: 1x M-900 MBT 3x ORION SPAAG's 10x Riflemen with ASR-14's
They will head to the first Cargo ship and Board and Examine the Ship for any Munitions that may be hiding.
The second group... Armored Division B: 1x M-900 MBT 35x Riflemen with ASR-14's 2x ORION SPAAG's
They Will head to the second Cargo ship and examine it for Munitions.
If both ships checked are denied to carrying munitions, the one that wasn't check would be the one carrying the munitions for sure.
-The Self-Propelled group will use their 240mm Cannons to engage Targets that may be hiding within buildings, or hard shelters.
The Sniper Group will be out to search for the President, and if possible, capture him, but if not, will assassinate him.
-The Zero-1's will be providing aerial cover for the Armored Divisons, flying in Squads of four, one to each Armored Division, as well as having the role of taking out the enemy fighters and interceptor.
-The Valkyria's will be on stand-by to confirm the location of the cargo ship carrying the munitions, and will fly at high altitudes, avoiding any SAM sites, or possible fighters/ interceptors.
-The Anastalia will be Providing Long-Range support fire, from it's Seeker SSM's and Spotter SAM's, to take out any ground target that may pose as too much a threat for the Armored divisions to handle.

The ship to be secured by Armoured division A waits patiently. Ships 2 & 3 are going to make a run for it, however. The SP group fires into the dock's superstructure, where the SNH troops are preparing. Infantry is affected the worst, fragments cutting into your enemy. Severe damage is done to the thick concrete buildings, sending up a cloud of dust and smoke. This smokescreen will linger for a while, and makes it difficult to determine what Hawaiian troops remain, but your SPG operators report seeing at least one tank out of commission and multiple infantrymen. Out of the haze, rocket strikes from MLRS trucks hammer your SP group. You lose 3 ONYXs and 2 ORIONs.
A couple close calls with SAMs force your Zero-1s out of range, you can send your jets back in there to support your ground troops but you run the risk of taking heavy fire.
On the ground, your troops run into heavy resistance from heavily dug in Hawaiians. They eliminate 25 Riflemen easily, but you lose 10 Riflemen to SNH sniper fire.
Armoured Division A is close to the docked Ship.

Recon Group is Ordered to split into two groups
Recon Squad: 5 Marksmen with AM-50's 2 Riflemen with ASR-14's
Sniper Squad: 5 Marksmen with AM-50's 3 Riflemen with ASR-14's
Recon Squad is going to be tasked with Finding the MLRS Trucks, and the SAM sites, to give coordinates for the Anastalia to fire it's precision 'Seeker' SSM's, and take out the targets.
Once All or Most SAM sites have been eliminated, the Zero-1's will take off in their original Squadrons, Prioritizing any left over SAM/MLRS sites, and any fighters or interceptors that may be in the air.
Armored Division B is going to kick it into high gear, and head towards the nearest Cargo ship, avoiding any major threats, under the cover of the ONYX SPG's, and Anastalia SSM fire.
Sniper group continues to search for the President...

Armoured Division A boards the NARSCO freighter, finding nothing out of the ordinary. it will take 1 turn to complete the search. Armoured Division B reaches another NARSCO ship as it is leaving the harbour. You could give it a couple warning shots to try and call it back in.
The Recon Squad finds 6 MLRS trucks and 5 SAM sites, which are easily destroyed by your offshore assests.
The Sniper Group confirms that Hugo Kea is fleeing. He is spotted entering a private jet, which will leave in 1 turn. Your AM-50's are more than enough to disable the jet, if you would risk harming civilians.

Armored Division B Fires a shot from the M-900 MBT in the waters neat the leaving Cargo ship. They also have a Loud Speaker in the M-900 and request the ship to come back and dock, if it doesn't it will be considered hostile and fired upon by Seeker SSM's and Valkyria Bombings.
The Recon squad continues searching for MLRS and SAM's
The Sniper Group Takes positions near the runway where the private jet is to take off. They are first going to attempt to either shoot off the Landing gear of the plane, or Shoot one of the tires of the landing gear to prevent a take off. If both options are impossible, the Marksmen will take aim at the cockpit, to shoot out the pilot and co-pilot and possibly damage any electronics within the cockpit. If Neither of those options work however, the Anastalia is ready to fire it's "Spotter" SAM Missiles, or have Zero-1 Engage the Jet.

The Ship reluctantly pulls in to the harbour, but sends a message assuring your troops that there are no illegal weapons aboard and that they shouldn't bother searching.
The Recon squad finds 3 more Rocket Trucks, but are caught by marksmen fire while moving. 2 Riflemen and 3 Marksmen are dead, the remaining 2 are suppressed in cover.
The Sniper group shoots the landing gear off of the jet, keeping it grounded. After a tense half hour, the crew sheepishly exits, hands over their heads. You later find the president in his seat, a bullet in his head and a pistol in his hand. This loss will demoralize the SNH troops.

Even though they say there's no need to RAF troops forcefully board the ship and do a quick runthrough of it.
The XB-70's are on standby at the catapults, ready to take off Incase of needed to take out one of the cargo ships. The Zero-1's split up and search for the third ship, Incase of needing to bomb it.
The recon group radios in to the Anastalia, and requests danger - close fire, at wherever the marksmen are located.
The sniper team reports in to the Anastalia, saying that the president is dead, and to broadcast the message to the island visit hacking into the radiowaves, in hopes to lower the enemy's morale.

The NARSCO freighter is found to be filled with the finest of cocaine, set to be distributed immediately.
The Marksmen are spread out throughout nearby office buildings. Anastalia missile strikes slam the downtown area, crumbling the buildings. 3 DMRs and 2 5 Anti-Materiel Riflemen are killed.
15 Riflemen escape into residential sectors. They will claim sanctuary in a nearby church, and surrender to your troops if they come by.

Questioning the boat crew for the explanation, of the mass amount of cocaine, a few troops stay behind at the ship. Zero-1's are in the air, looking for the third cargo ship, once found will be bombed by XB-70's. The remaining ground troops are focused on sweeping up the area, making sure all or most enemies are destroyed.

sorry for the wait, haha.
The crew's stories and explanations all differ, it appears they are low-level smugglers.
Your Z-1s have no problem locating the third ship, and blow it out of the water. Environmental organizations will bitch and moan for decades about the damage done to ocean ecosystems.
With the rest of your force concentrating on ground troops, you easily outgun the enemy. With your zero-1s at sea, the enemy tanks are able to surround your tanks and destroy one before your air support is able to destroy them. Congratulations, you have taken control of the islands. Income is 6.5kpd
