You are met with resistance from a local warlord, who owns several vineyards in the Valley of Tears. His troops are wily, and determined to defend their tract of land. Intel suggests that you will be facing the following force: They are hunkered down in the ruins of an old civilization, like this: In order to claim Golan Heights as yours, you must defeat the entirety of the warlord's defending forces.

The Vulture will scan the battlefield with thermal imagery from a distance and from a high altitude.
The Sand Leopards will strike out at the enemy anti-aircraft emplacements to bring the Desert Dragons into action.
The SAMCats will deploy around the outside of the ruins, and will knock down enemy helicopters with semi-active heatseeking missiles.
The Desert Dragons will hit the enemy APCs with ATGMs, flying in a zigzag pattern during the strafing runs to prevent getting hit by the HMGs.
The Sandcats will track down clusters of enemy infantry and gun them down.
The Revolutionaries will go from building to building, tossing explosives into one-door rooms and firing in through windows and cracks in the walls.
Thermal imagery from the Vulture will highlight lone enemy troops in strategic locations; the enemy snipers. IFF Guerillas will target them, while laying out IEDs to be triggered by enemy vehicles.

The Sand Leopards experience an early victory, as the AA guns, straining to draw a bead on the high-flying Vulture, are caught completely by surprise, and are eliminated. As the SAMCats are deploying, the enemy's jeeps emerge from the nearby shrubbery and open fire, destroying a single vehicle before speeding off again. Despite this, the SAMCats are able to get into position in time to catch one of the helicopters out in the open and gun it down. The other two are able to deploy flares in time, and retreat behind a tall hill for now. Meanwhile, the Sandcats are ambushed by the APCs, and four of them are destroyed before combined fire from both the Sandcats and the Desert Dragons disable the unit. A few soldiers pile out of the smoking ruins only to be gunned down by your vehicles, but not before a lucky grenade toss takes out another Sandcat. Meanwhile, a deadly short-ranged fight is taking place inside the buildings, with the Golanese shotgunners and SMGs making the best of their advantage. Despite killing 10 Riflemen, the Golanese coordinate a sturdy resistance, and your troops are chased out of the buildings. Outside, they become choice pickings for snipers; after losing 25 men inside, a further five are brought down Golanese marksmen. Unfortunately for the snipers, their victory is short-lived, as the Vulture weasels out their positions, and the Guerrillas engage them in a suspenseful sniper battle. Equally matched, the Golanese inflict 3 casualties and suffer 4.

The SAMCats will pin the enemy helicopters behind the hill. The Sand Leopards will fall back and defend the SAMCats from enemy vehicles. The Desert Dragons will make it a point to hunt down and swiftly destroy the APCs with ATGMs. IFF Revolutionaries and Sandcats will surround the complex and lock down the area, while the Guerillas set up demolition charges in key locations to bring the enemy out of hiding. The Guerillas will avoid contact with the enemy unless absolutely necessary.
All enemy locations are known, thanks to the now un-challenged Vulture being able to drop to a lower altitude to observe with more accuracy.

The helicopters, seeing that they will not make it out of this one alive, decide to go out with a bang. They unleash a torrent of fire that destroys a pair of SAMCats, but are annihilated in turn. The last of the APCs are destroyed effectively by the Desert Dragons without incident. The Golanese snipers, under pressure from the Guerrillas, are able to take out four more revolutionaries before they fall victim to superior marksmanship. The Jeeps attempt to make another surprise attack, but your Vulture was able to warn your troops in time, and as they emerge from the brush, they are assailed by fire from the Sandcats and Revolutionaries. However, they are able to eliminate three Sandcats and 11 Revolutionaries before they too, succumb to weight of fire. With all non-infantry units eliminated, the Golanese soldiers are beginning to lose morale, especially as every attempt at egress from the buildings is met with doom. 30 Riflemen, 7 Shotgunners, and 8 SMGs are cut down trying to flee, at the loss of only 9 Revolutionaries. For now, they are staying inside the buildings, taking pot-shots out of windows and doorways as targets present themselves. Total losses sustained thus far: - 54x Revolutionaries
- 3x Guerrillas
- 8x Sandcats
- 3x SAMCats

IFF Revolutionaries, Guerillas, Sandcats, and Desert Dragons will keep up the lockdown on the ruins. The Sand Leopards will strike at occupied buildings to flush the enemy out.

Seeing that they are hopelessly outmanned and outmaneuvered, the Golanese soldiers attempt a final last stand. They pour from the buildings, weapons ablaze, and engage your soldiers in the open. Despite being taken by surprise initially, your soldiers prove to be more than a match. You lose 20 more revolutionaries, but the Golanese are completely wiped out. Congratulations; you own have liberated Golan Heights. 6.5 k/day.
