1 Lv1 Rear Admiral Iosif Kunslav Class Corvette patrols this sea area. ALL ships are permitted to do whatever they please except attack this vessel. This corvette will not be engaging in any fight unless provoked.

As per your declaration that all ships are permitted to do whatever they like, Imperially-based multinationals have been given the go-ahead to dump toxic waste in this area.
