Trapped between the compliant nations of Algeria, Libya, and Nigeria, Nigerien rebel forces attempt a coup d'etat in the city of Niamey. Obviously, this will not stand with the African Peoples' Alliance, who send an army to quash the rebellion from the military base in Sokoto, approximately 600km to the southeast. 130 KAR Type 69 Riflemen 20 Turico Mark 2 Snipers 30 KMG mk 2 LMGs 100 KMP mk 1 SMGs 20 KFI Warthog Rocketeers 20 KAC Bushbuck Main Battle Tanks 40 Savage Model 55 MICVs 10 Flycatcher Flak Guns 10 TAV Gorilla HMC 10 TAV Python MLRS 10 TAV Spitting Cobra BMLP 50 Weaver Model 79 Fighter-Interceptors 20 Stormpetrel SOLHs 20 AH-Hammerkops

To assist the coup, you must, in order:
1. Steal weapons from an supply depot. It is guarded by:
70 riflemen 10 marksmen 5 HMGs 10 LMGs 2 IFVs 1 medium helicopter gunship
2. Blow up three guard towers. They are spread throughout the city. Each guard tower has:
20 riflemen 5 marksmen 2 HMGs 1 anti-aircraft gun w/ 4 anti-aircraft rockets
3. Eliminate the enemy leader and his compound. The remainder of the Nigerian forces are based there including:
100 riflemen 30 marksmen 20 HMGs 10 mobile SAMs 5 MBTs 2 IFVs 3 medium helicopter gunships 2 interceptors 1 ground attack jet
These units will be on alert as soon as any action is made and will come to reinforce attacked positions.

For the first phase of the assault, the TAV vehicles will move into position under the cover of the Niger River Basin. Their targets will be the guard towers, although they are instructed to hold their fire until the weapons cache is secured. In the meantime, the Savages are loaded up with infantry, and they and the Bushbucks move to take control of the weapons cache. Air units are on standby in case the ground units are in need of reinforcement. The remaining infantry is posted at strategic locations to keep a lookout. Radio silence is to be maintained, unless hostile reinforcements are en route.

The APA units engage the Nigerians and quickly defeat them, though they manage to raise the alarm to central command. The weapons are successfully stolen and turned over to the Nigerian Rebel Alliance. All Nigerian units at the supply depot are killed, but the APA loses 15 riflemen, 4 marksmen, 8 LMGs, and 1 MBT when the helicopter gunship and IFVs teamed up on a trapped group of infantry.

With the initial force out of the way, the Congolese forces move to assault the main force at the leader's compound. While they are en route, the TAV vehicles are instructed to saturate the guard towers with ordnance. Once the towers are leveled, the artillery will move to back up the main force.

The guard towers are destroyed, and the magazines in the base of them are detonated by the artillery, knocking them down and killing all the enemy soldiers around them at no loss to the APA. All remaining enemy units are mobilized and are converging on your units' positions.

Congolese artillery is to focus on the enemy SAMs, in order to free up the air to allow for an airstrike. To prevent hostile airstrikes from hitting friendly units, Flycatcher Flak guns are placed in strategic locations to down enemy aircraft. Gorilla HMCs lay into the enemy infantry with White Phosphorus Incendiary shells. APA forces use small arms fire, as well as autocannon fire from the Savages, to eliminate hostiles fleeing from the fire and smoke. Bushbucks, as well as the rocket launchers, are to focus on the enemy vehicles, that could otherwise prove hazardous to enemy infantry.

The combined artillery assault devastates the enemy compound. The Nigerian leader is crushed under the falling building and killed. The remaining Nigerian units never manage to damage your troops; the tanks were destroyed before they could leave by artillery fire, the aircraft were blown out the sky by the APA anti-aircraft batteries, and the remaining infantry couldn't do a thing against your armored vehicles. Congrats, $7000/day.
