The South Sudanese retreat into the vast Bahr el Ghazal swamps. Hordes of cattle splash through the swamps, these will seriously impede your troop movements. The swampy area will also be a problem for your armour if you aren't careful. The South Sudanese army consists of: 250 riflemen with cheap, well worn Assault Rifles 250 SMG troops 10 snipers 10 Rocketeers 15 Hovercraft with HMGs
The Sudanese are using the swamps for cover and discrete movements. You will have to thoroughly cleanse the muck of their presence if you hope to succeed.

"15 Hovercraft with HMGs"
Interesting, but I think we should say the dimensions of this hovercraft. It could be a full blown assault hovercraft or a small one. :/

Good point, Prok. The Hovercraft are similar to the US PACVs

The order is given among the APA troops that the cattle are not to be harmed. From a vantage point, the Snipers are placed on lookout. They are instructed to note the movement of the cattle, which would be fleeing from Sudanese troops moving through the swamp. From there, they are to determine if any of the ironstone plateaus that dot the swamp would be able to be used to get to the enemy troops.

Your marksmen note through cattle movements that there are patches of firm ground that streak through the swamp. These rocky outcrops will probably support your armour, but only in single file. Traces of decrepit road also peek through the overgrowth, you could also use this for movement but risk being stuck in the viscous muck that covers it.

The snipers are to remain in location and report any movement of enemy troops that they notice to the advancing units. The Savages load up with troops and make for the oucrops, travelling in single file, but moving slowly and keeping careful watch on the surroundings. They are accompanied by the Bushbuck tanks, which are distributed evenly among the force. The remaining infantry take to the roads, moving slowly and under cover where possible. They also maintain radio contact with the scouters.

The South Sudanese, expecting your troops to be caught in the swampy roads, have set up an ambush. Radio contact with marksmen allows your infantry to be prepared, however, and they take minimal losses. Your LMGs keep enemy troops in cover, unable to properly attack, save for a few early shots. 10 Hovercraft, loaded with enemy rocketeers and swinging in for a wide flank against your infantry, stumble upon your armour. They manage to destroy one Savage, and force another into the muck where it sinks unevenly into the swamp water. The enemies are cut down by autocannon rounds and destroyed. Enemy snipers begin firing at your troops frantically from nearby shrubbery, while the rest of the enemy infantry pull back into the swamp to try and regroup and lose the watchful eyes of your marksmen.

Seeing the destruction of their hovercraft, the infantry pursue the fleeing hostiles into the swamp, maintaining constant radio contact with the spotter team. The armor continues along the solid ground, hoping to cut off the fleeing Sudanese troops and trap them between a wall of armor and the infantry.

The 5 remaining Hovercraft cover the escape of their brethren, but are destroyed as your armour gets in range. The South Sudanese Army keeps to cover, pausing only occasionally to fire at your advancing troops. Their retreat is soon blocked by your armour, which easily tears through the swampy overgrowth. Caught in this deadly wet sandwich, the South Sudanese are quickly eliminated.
Your total losses: 15 riflemen 2 smgs 1 LMG 2 Savages
Congrats! South Sudan will net you 6k per day.
