To add insult to injury, they are using equipment once given to them by your administration. The Ugandans dig in along the coast of Lake Albert

My snipers are to concentrate on the rocket launchers, keeping their heads down at the very least and preventing them from firing at the Savage Model 55's, which load up with infantry and move to engage the hostiles. The pair of MBTs will also patrol the coastline, assaulting enemies as they come across them.

A couple rockets zoom at your MBTs, but they are not enough to pierce the Bushbuck's strong armour. Your snipers follow the rocket trails and quickly eliminate the enemy rocketeers. Without the firepower to tear through the Savages, the Ugandan Army is brutally shredded by the IFVs' autocannons. The few soldiers who remain surrender to their former masters out of fear.
Uganda will net you 5.5k.
