Assuming Icy doesn't mind my troops moving through Poland to reach it. They'll follow whatever international rules they need to to safely get through, and any large machinery will be trucked through on routes they deem appropriate so as to keep wear and tear on the roads and highways to a minimum. EDIT Well since he doesn't play any more, the attack will proceed. SECOND EDIT After discussions with the UT, the forces will instead assault Poland in the same manner described. Units involved: Armor: 5810x Bengal King Tiger HTs 10x Bengal MBTs 8x Ogre MBTs 30x IFVs Infantry: 280160x Riflemen 50x LMGs 40x Marksmen 30x AT Airforce: 2020x Heavy Gunship Helos - www.flickr.com/photos/66842986@N07/7190342405/in/photostreamOnce across the Polish border, troops will move at a steady pace through the Czech Republic in a quick and non threatening manner. At the Austrian border, all troops will move into assault formations and mobile base crews will move several miles behind the assault force, keeping it supplied via transport helos/planes flying the same basic route through Poland and the CR. As with Svalbard, the plan is to Blitz the capital with minimal distractions and minimal losses. IFVs will be running point during the Blitz to act as armored recon, relaying all info to HUD management bases and giving the ground and air troops safe routes. Upon reaching the battlesite (To be mod chosen) AA/SAM emplacements will be marked for ground troops to take out or take control of before sending in the Helos after the main tank blitz. I'll write out specifics as needed, but I thought I'd give you a heads up on the plan going in.

The UT was planning on taking over Austria, is it fine if you take over Poland instead? Would be greatly appreciated, and probably a better strategic move for you too. Same income.

I know you did, but I was told by 'more' people that it was free game. And Sam even posted that the GEP was dead and he just hadn't removed it from the boards yet.

x3 of the Heavy Gunships will make standard Recon passes of the battlefield, under orders to retreat from enemy contact, head away from my main force, and loop around (so as to not give away our position) before continuing the recon.

Alright, if I'm coming in around "T", then my troops are going to head east, avoiding as much enemy contact as possible, towards the bridge at "G"/"AA". During the recon, the helos would have used their HUD Management system to mark out as many targets as they could, priotizing all secondary objectives, and then marking the AT/SAM/HT targets as "must go". During the travel to "G"/"AA", 4 small detachments of 1 King Tiger, 1 Ogre, 1 IFV (loaded with AT soldiers) will run at the edge of my troops and focus on the "must go" targets nearby. The King Tiger in a detachment will mostly fire on heavily armed targets, using its dual cannons to punch a hole. The Ogre and AT troops will mostly fire on anything else. The IFV and AT troops will especially be targeting any AT vehicles as their speed will be able to keep up with them. 2 or more of the detachments may cooperate to ensare threatening "must go"s if it turns out a single detachment has a difficult time with them. 3 of the Krokodils will be "on call" to assist any of the detachments if needed, however will not simply hover with them as doing so may give away their positions.
Marksmen will act as forward scouts much as they did in Svalbard, any shots taken at this time will be focused on troops they can determine are commanders of some kind, or AT troops of some kind. And no shots will be taken (except in defense while scouting) unless at least 2 marksmen have eyes on target from slightly different positions (Ex: other side of the street from each other) to ensure the target goes down and cannot report where the shot came from.
I'd like to make note that the King Tigers do have SAM missiles loaded in half of their missile tubes and can defend themselves from air targets, or outright attack them if needed. The top mounted autocannon can also act to defend from slower moving air targets.
I'll wait until I know more on what enemy troops are doing before saying much else. But the overall plan is to loop around to the east, then north, then west. That should take out the warehouse, command trucks, and missiles, without having to deal with the center of the city until last. Getting to and crossing that bridge is the MOST important thing for the troops right now, so unless a super important target is seen, or they get blocked en route, they'll be holding fire and keeping a low profile for as long as they can. The hunter detachments, marksmen, and Krokodils in the area constantly marking targets will mostly be used to chart routes around them.
