I could have easily bid 45,000$, I just placed the bet to ensure completion of the deal.
The fact of that matter is Prokhor, that the Hierarchy is a small nation surrounded by giants like your's. The Hierarchy has chosen to adapt an aggressive expansion strategy. Until the Hierarchy has secured enough ground and resources to ensure it's safety and survivability, it will continue on it's current course.
Also, theoretically, UT is suppose to be an ally of the Hierarchy, we were hoping that because of this single fact we wouldn't come to this current situation.

You aren't allowed to bid higher than 20k than previous bid. If you could, than I could have easily bid 2 million with no problems.
I bid 2 million on Moldova, and then Sammac made a new rule: no more than 20k than last bid. Therefore, you can't put down "100k to seal the bid."
You also realize I'm much richer than you, and I could have bid 10 million with no financial problems. I didn't because of the new rule

What threw me off was you saying that you wanted to "seal it off" with 100k. I could have sealed it off with 10 mil as well.
