Hey, I was going to do that a while ago, but...
The thing is, he's allowed to use WMDs. He's a thorn in my...er...neck, and I can't get him out because only one country, and he never upgrades.

You raise a fair point, Prok, however I trust the capabilities of the Toucans to intercept any nuclear, biological, or otherwise majorly destructive bombers.

If you want to, then be my guest, Prok. Anyways... 60 Harriers will break formation and attack the Battleships, ganging up 20 to 1, sweeping in from the flanks to maximize hit possibility, and will launch guided missiles at the ships. 44 squads of 8 Harriers will crisscross the the city area, dropping unguided munitions on suspicious buildings, and using both the dual .70PR cannons and AGMs to destroy enemy armour. When enemy AA is spotted, the Harriers will assume a crisscross pattern to confuse the gunners, and will alternate fire and retreat to keep as safe as possible. The city-based Harriers will be escorted by two Redtails each, in the case of enemy interceptors. Six squads will be assisted by Falcons. Read below for Redtail engagement tactics. 54 six-plane-squads of Redtails will hunt down enemy aircraft. Upon spotting them, the Redtails will use high maneuverability to keep the bead on the enemy jets. Fuel-Air-Explosive guided missiles will be launched, aimed ahead of the enemy jet, so as to let the proximity fuse detonate the missile in front, yielding the best results from the slight delay and hopefully cooking the enemy aircraft. The Redtails will be supported by varying amounts of Toucan fighters, giving long-range radar support to assist in the hunting-down of enemy aircraft. The Toucans will attack from a distance, and use guided missiles to swat down enemy jets. Palkien Republic soldiers will be stationed in the yard in the centre, and will wait for a harrier strike on enemy armour on the roads leading off before advancing. Upon spotting enemy foot-mobiles, they will drop to a prone and lay down semi-automatic suppressive fire. They will combine individual fire upon single targets to reduce incoming fire.

The Ships (Based off snipes www.flickr.com/photos/-snipes-/7058854237/in/photostream ) Will turn AA guns and cannons {Loaded with Flak shells} to the skies and fill the Air with Shrapnel, the missiles will take care of any Air craft also, The troops on the ground will quickly return fire and hitch rides on the Armoured cars, and tank, others will throw Hand grenades at Paiken positions to flush them out, a few others charge in with bayonets, The N-S.O.G troops Also return fire, by Diving prone, or Running into buildings. Marksmen on the higher areas Fire at the Paikenn soldiers, and change positions. The some of the Armoured cars will fire at Paiken Infantry, others will scan the skies The Tanks will fire Flak into the Air, The Artillery will also fire flak into the Air At the Harriers. The planes will split up and Fly lower over roof tops, using evasive maneuvers leading Paiken jets into Flak.

OK.
The Japanese and Alaskan infantry are basically just battering each other with forces. Not much ground is taken, and only moderate casualties are inflicted by either side. The less-experienced Palkien forces lose 150 riflemen, while the Republic of Nippon loses only 20 (10 shotgunners, 10 riflemen) of their highly-skilled N-S.O.G. troops.
In the sky, very few of the Palkien air forces are lured into the flak guns, but the sheer amount of flak going into the sky brings some down. However, any casualties inflicted by Nippon are nearly equated by the Palkien forces. The Palkien air force loses 2 Falcons, 21 Redtails, 43 Harriers, and 25 Toucans. The Republic of Nippon loses 125 Tengus, plus 51 armored cars and 11 tanks.

(Less experienced? My infantry have been in, and won, four battles... Oh well ._. Fire and forget, god bless guided missiles Anything about the Harriers attacking the ships? Nothing on friendly fire? Flying into your own flak doesn't seem safe to me...) Current troops (That I know of): 1250 Riflemen 4 Falcons 342 Harriers 391 Redtails 500 Toucans

Okay, sorry about that. Completely missed that line. And by less-experienced, I mean less-experienced than an elite special operations group. Just consider friendly fire part of Nippon's aircraft losses.
The Harrier bombers sink one of the three Japanese battleships and heavily damage the other two before being forced away by the AA fire. Nippon loses 1 battleship, and the other cannot use its main guns. The Palkien Republic loses 27 of its Harriers from anti-aircraft guns and missiles.
The Cocoon's attempt to trick the Palkien forces fails miserably, with all of its participating aircraft lost. Cocoon loses 4 Redtails.

(Sorry about that lol :b Any note about losses against the regular forces?)
The remaining Toucans and Redtails will divide up and hunt down enemy jets, deciding to play it safe and attack from a higher altitude, using both regular explosive and fuel-air explosive missiles to rain down hell on the Tengu jets. Should the Tengus fly up to meet the Palkien jets, the tried-and-true 5-7 tactic will be employed, with a Redtail flying at the 5 o'clock and a Toucan at the 7 o'clock position behind an enemy jet, and alternating fire between them, using both types of missiles and the .70PR cannons.
The Falcons are on interceptor duty, hunting down enemy Harrier jets.
The Harriers on anti-ship duty will continue the flanking procedure, now adding the dual cannons to the mix, barraging the crippled ships with everything in their disposal.
The Harriers on anti-ground duty will now not only sweep for enemy armour between buildings, but will also begin methodically bombing buildings in a outwards spiral, in an attempt to flush the enemy SpecOps out of cover. Upon spotting enemy armour, they will break off from the spiral and sharply weave to confuse anti-aircraft fire, before launching anti-ground missiles and resuming their original place.
The Palkien infantry will spread out to minimize grenade casualties, and will follow the spiral bombing as fast as they can follow, adopting a risky blitzkrieg tactic to make up for lack of cover.
